Went to get diagnostic, service adviser was very kind and professional, facility was clean and comfortable to wait there for a while. 5 stars! Then wanted to check used car market, so sales person show me few cars, he was young and try to used some weird strategy, that didn't work, then he brought experienced looking person and she had so scare me to makes me buy a car. Looking thru her eyes reminded me scammers in NYC. I walked away. Zero star!

On January 31, 2025, I purchased a Lexus ES 350 through Genesis Crispin, Product Specialist, and Deanna Cross, Floor Manager, Shottenkirk Desert Lexus, who are very professional and easy to deal with. Genesis Crispin, Deanna Cross, and Shottenkirk Desert Lexus are excellent, and I am very pleased with their outstanding service, and with the Lexus ES 350.
Quality service in a timely fashion
The service by Camron Safley was excellent! The work on my car was good and timely! However, the management policy of charging the customer 3.0% for using a credit card was a blindsided surprise! A very unfavorable surprise! Not notifying customers months in advance of this policy change is just very poor management that leads to very poor customer relations!
Informative, friendly, professional, eliminated services booked I didn’t need (saved money) and all in a timely manner. The Caffe Latte was good too!
