A complete turnaround! We leased a UX seven years ago from the old location and although all went well during the lease, we wound up selling it and making a profit during the Covid shortage. Lexus at that time didn’t have an all electric vehicle so we switched to Hyundai/Genesis. What a difference seven years makes! Lexus is now located on highway 111 in a new massive structure. Sales, Service, Delivery, Lot areas are beautiful! Clean! Organized!

This was the first experience at this dealer. I was greeted immediately and escorted to the service writer. He was efficient and thorough. My car was done as promised and returned to me clean.

I took my car in last minute on Friday afternoon to get a new battery and that was replaced. Also I had a nail in one tire which Lexus couldn't fix but sent me to American Tire to have it fixed. So I received great service, taking it in unscheduled.

I went there for 50,000 mile service on my 2020 ES 350 and my service advisor was Christian, I have been helped by Christian and each time it’s the same excellent service that I receive when I go to your dealership, Christian was very knowledgeable explained everything in detail and was very helpful and when I picked up my car, it had literally looked like it had been detailed, definitely five star service , VERY happy with SHOTTENKIRK Lexus and I will definitely tell my friends .Thank you for the way you treat your customers 👍👍

Advisors Christian, cameron, Farnsworth (if i got it right) were really good. Too bad Cameron is no longer connected with Lexus Shottenkirk. Everything is usually done on time. They explain in detail which is really important to the customers. The ushers or receiving persons once you arrived at the receiving area are also very efficient and helpful.

The service I received was above excellent. While visiting Palm Springs my Lexus had an engine malfunction. I took it in to have it checked out. The service consultant Chris Rivera did a fantastic job of coordinating the repair needed to get me back on the road in a timely manner which was critical and the repair was not easy. I wish to thank Chris and the repair crew that took care of me in the most professional way. I am throughly THANKFUL!
I visited Shottenkirk Desert Lexus to buy a used car (Under 20k), but I was treated as if I was buying their most expensive car on their lot great customer service all around. Told me about the perks of buying a car from Shottenkirk. The one that caught my attention was the offer to drop off my vehicle at the dealership and enjoy a complimentary shuttle ride to and from the airport, and return to a freshly wash car. 100 % satisfied with my purchase transaction.

Friendly staff, great facilities,. Our agent, Johnny Reyes, has always been great to work with and this was no exception. He walks us through the potential work before the work order is signed, and then again after the work is done explaining the service and walking us through the bill. We hate having to come in for repair work, but always enjoy the experience with the staff.
I took my RC350 for its routine auto mate treatment and regular 12 month maintenance. Even with getting a liner I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They sent me a text message when it was ready. The experience was fabulous. No long lines. Christian, our adviser was super.

Our buying experience Saturday evening was REFRESHINGLY easy! Mindy was knowledgeable, and familiar with our vehicle. She and Nader were warm and absolutely did not pressure us at all. Mo made all of the signing of paperwork a breeze. I was actually in tears upon leaving because it was such a positive buying experience of our "new" preowned Toyota RAV4. Every aspect of this dealership's operation is excellent. Making the appointment, consulting and interacting with Johnny, and prompt and courteous servicing of the vehicle are beyond reproach. I also appreciate the set-up and atmospherics of the dealership; clean, bright and open. The customer lounge is comfortable, with self serve beverages and snacks. A joy to climb into the cockpit of a properly serviced and washed vehicle where service providers really seem to care.
